Almost two years ago, the United States had virtually a failing grade in infrastructure according to the American Society of Civil Engineers. In this update, Chris Ayers and Chase Raz explore the curret Infrastructure Report Card from THe ASCE and reveal that not much has changed as the U.S. still has a near-failing grade.
